To help associates discover their true potential and create strong company-wide connection Ayush, called as Big Indian was one of the former youngest Directors at ADP Inc. DS (a division of the Fortune 200 Company ADP Inc.), has launched a unique initiative known as "Karma Yatra" to promote Employee Relationship Management (ERM).

Karma Yatra ® is a unique Employee Relationship Management process designed to help associates(employees) discover their true potential and create strong company wide connection through empowerment. As a result the empowered Yatri via individual and team work bonds stronger with their work place and contributes back to the company, family and society at large while fulfilling their own dreams. This process aims to increase communication, productivity and lower attrition at the work place.




Karma Yatra ®
is created and designed by ERM specialist Ayush Maheshwari popularly known as the ‘Big Indian’. The literal translation of the word Karma Yatra is ‘journey of deeds’. Big Indian believes that Karma Yatra empowers Yatris(employees) to live a more fulfilling professional and personal life by helping them work towards connecting more strongly with the Karma Triangle i.e. Karma Kaam(work place), Karma Nivas(home) and Karma Bhoomi(society at large).

While companies progress and come out with various initiatives, more focus needs to be put on making a connection with their biggest assets - Yatris (associates). Research on what needed to be enhanced led to Karma Yatra, a process which started with understanding and assimilating the Yatri's needs, developing a concept that would ensure total participation, creating teams from different divisions, and getting them involved to do their act, which helped unleash hidden potential and talent in a fun filled atmosphere.

Commenting on the initiative, Big Indian says, "Karma Yatra will herald an era where EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT may well be the next buzzword. It's time that every individual realizes his or her identity and unleashes the hidden potential within, which will ensure overall success.
